90th Anniversary Celebrations
The Church of St Andrew 2024 will mark the 90th Anniversary of the opening of the Presbyterian Church of St Andrew, Canberra in 1934.
The congregation, friends and guests will have an opportunity to celebrate God’s blessings to us, remember those who have gone before (The Living Stones) and acknowledge and endorse the legacy of God’s work in His Church.
The 90th Anniversary Committee, established by Session with Sue Hogan as Chair, is developing a series of events which will culminate with anniversary services on Sunday 22nd September.
Approval has been given by Session for a congregational dinner at the Canberra Yacht Club to be held on Friday 20th September. Please put these dates in your diary and plan to attend the dinner and worship services.
Regular updates will be provided on the website and through the Weekly Bulletin, and opportunities will be provided for you to assist and contribute to the celebrations.
